For the media cache, Firefox has a file and a memory storage. Media.cachesize is the global file cache size and defaults to 512MiB. There's also a memory cache, but that shouldn't apply to twitch broadcasts since it only caches stuff smaller than 8MiB, but is configurable via about:config too.
